The problem:
One of the company's tactics to generate traffic and build company awareness was a blog.
New blog posts were published on a regular basis and generated traffic with small ups and downs, which was quite stable in most cases.
The blog covered the topics of the latest news in the blockchain and crypto sphere.
Despite being a frontrunner in the subject of fresh industry news, the blog did not deliver sufficient results, which could be visible in Google Analytics and conversions.
What we have done:
Similar to all other projects, Grow My Tech, started with an audit all commercial activities. We have investigated USP, communication, portfolio and existing business development plans. Blog, as well as content on a website which was also a topic of our complex analysis.

During analysis we have started with building ideal customer profiles and personas the company specifically wants to target. We have analyzed customer journey of ICP and how to address their needs and requirements during the process.
Next step was to do full and competitive analysis SEO and content audit, as well as cluster and key word analysis that resulted in a backlog of optimization tasks and new content topics structured into a topic cluster.
We have introduced a structured process to manage, plan, and to assess and optimize all current and future content created by the marketing team. The team was equipped with SEO and copywriting tools to support and run the process.
Final step was UX improvement of blog’s structure.
The results:
Grow My Tech worked with the marketing team for 5 months on SEO and content marketing. Analysis and setting up tools took us one month. The first changes in SEO and content were delivered in the second month of this project.
We have maintained the same work effort and number of publications as in previous time frames. So the results are the effect of optimisation and changes in the process.
